US Democratic Congressional candidate Alanna Hartzok attempts mediation: NewsInsideOut.com’s Alfred Lambremont Webre accepts, ITCCS Kevin Annett rejects
VANCOUVER, BC – A January 5, 2015 attempt at mediation between NewsInsideOut.com’s Alfred Lambremont Webre and ITCCS Kevin Annett by U.S. Congressional candidate Alanna Hartzok ended in failure when Annett refused to enter into mediation after NewsInsideOut.com’s Webre accepted Ms. Hartzok’s invitation.

After rejecting Hartzok’s offer of mediation, Annett’s ITCCS emailed on January 6, 2015:
“Hello. Unfortunately Mr. Webre was heavily influenced by Ndrangheta operatives in Vancouver to turn against Kevin and the ITCCS. Our inquiry will be releasing its evidence about this and other crimes soon.” [See Exhibit C below]
On December 26, 2014, NewsInsideOut.com’s Webre published a screenshot of the 2012 ITCCS website showing Alex Hunter as ITCCS Juror and Mel Ve as ITCCS Brussels Chief Organizer, both of which Kevin Annett denied. 2012 ITCCS website contradicts Kevin Annett denials.[1]
As a result CLCJV, one of Annett’s undocumented entities, on New Year’s Eve, 2014 served Webre, Hunter, and others with a criminal action for: “criminal assault and harassment, incitement to hatred, public defamation, and Involvement in a criminal conspiracy to aid and abet homicide, politically motivated assassinations, concealment of criminal acts, and pedophilia and child trafficking.”
Webre and his family have taken out a protective order against Annett and his undocumented entities, prohibiting them from contacting any member of his household of 10 persons, including elementary and secondary aged children. [2]
U.S. Congressional Candidate Alanna Hartzok’s conclusions
In her January 5, 2015 invitation to mediation, candidate Hartzok, who is a mental health professional, wrote to Annett and Webre:
“My conclusion: Neither of you deserve the bad things you are saying about each other.
“Kevin is not a pathological liar. There is just something more that needs to be understood about his modus operandi. Alfred is being overly reactive and suspicious.
“Alfred is not Mafia funded. Kevin is being overly reactive and suspicious.
“Communicating with you two has been like my experience in marriage counseling where each partner tries to convince me that they speak the truth and accuses the other of lying.
“There is some psycho-dynamic and maybe something karmic happening between you two.
“I am a professional psycho-spiritual therapist and mental health counselor and would be willing to help mediate this damaging dispute.”
Webre: I feel compassion toward Annett. He is driven by unmedicated Narcissistic Personality Disorder
In his Jan. 5 acceptance letter to Congressional candidate Hartzok, Webre wrote, “Thank you Alanna and Kevin. I truly have compassion for Kevin. Citizen Tribunals are a complex endeavour and I believe Kevin simply got in over his head, compounded by his unmedicated NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder). I was interviewed on Saturday on a pre-existing program and asked about Kevin. The program will appear Tuesday and I will send you both a copy. During the period I was interviewing Kevin 2011-present, Canadian author Michael Lewis was one of my housemates, and I discussed Kevin’s history at length with Mike Lewis. I am a graduate psychotherapist and was able to assemble a psychological profile of Kevin going back to the 1990s where Mike Lewis was part of the United Church of Canada parish that initially supported Kevin and then had to let him go.
“My sincere suggestion and advice to Kevin at this point is to deal with his unaddressed NPD issues.
“I deeply appreciate your Conclusions below, Alanna and think there is much truth to them. I do not believe Kevin is Cointelpro.”
Webre also included a reference to an article linking Annett’s disproportionate public reactions around any media questions directed toward ITCCS with the DSM-IV profile of NPD – NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder), which occurs in about 1% of the population.

NewsInsideOut.com has found that a significant number of persons who have worked with or been associated with Annett over the course of 20 years 1995-2015 consistently describe Annett’s behaviour in terms of many of the above NPD profile indicators.
Where does ITCCS/Annett-Gate go from here?
U.S. Congressional candidate Hartzok had concluded, “Alfred is not Mafia funded. Kevin is being overly reactive and suspicious.” NewsInsideOut.com’s Webre had concluded that unaddressed NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) might be the root cause of the erratic infrastructure and lack of evidentiary, trial record, court personnel, and witness transparency and documentation at ITCCS that it has found.

I deeply appreciate your Conclusions below, Alanna and think there is much truth to them. I do not believe Kevin is Cointelpro.
The only difference is that Kevin and I are not married. I am a Judge on citizen’s Tribunals and a consultant to other Citizen Tribunals.
My suggestion to Kevin would be to be completely transparent (1) publish the constitution and rules of procedure of your Tribunals; (2) publish a redacted transcript of Trials 1 and 2 so that your witnesses will not be in jeopardy as you state. (3) Treat your former Jurors and former supporters with respect. (4) Do not assume every question is an attempt to destroy you. Questions are an attempt to get beyond non-transparency and feel safe about someone.
If in fact Trials 1 and 2 did NOT occur, then state that clearly and state what process did occur. If in fact alleged ITCCS personnel are fictitious, then state that.
That way a community of people can all move on.
I agree with Alanna that there is no reason for Kevin to fabricate any more “documents” or accusations against Alfred, as they are unfounded.
In my opinion, and William Annett has written this, Kevin needs to get his personal paranoia in check before accusing authors like myself of any further fantastical association with a vast criminal conspiracy against his enterprise ITCCS.
Kevin needs to understand that it is NPD driving him to think that Kinder Morgan was dropped by his magical thinking.
I deeply hope for the sake of the children that Kevin decides to go for mental health and sane, public interest work against the true drivers of the pedophile and child ritual sacrifice networks.
