Vancouver, B.C. – An exclusive video posted to YouTube portrayed a squadron of luminous spheres captured using multiple cameras as they crossed the skies near City Hall in Vancouver, British Columbia, on July 24, 2011. In an email from earlier that day, Canadian videographer Les Murzsa cited precognitive dreams from the night before prompting him to assemble his cameras and remain on alert throughout that afternoon. Taping of the first incident commenced at 6:16pm PST. Within ten minutes, the videographer called the office of this reporter leaving voicemail explaining how he had just filmed “the biggest sighting” of his life.
NewsInsideOut.com was on-site within hours, collecting evidence and producing additional night vision video demonstrating how a group of UFOs was active in the area up until nearly six hours after the original incident. The Vancouver Mount Pleasant UFO corridor would continue to provide a reliable location for multi-camera UFO taping and contactee Les Murzsa would be instrumental in facilitating contact incidents in Vancouver and the British Columbia Okanagan region for years to follow.
Claims from experiencers submitting date and time-stamped written testimony of UFO dreams before videotaping such incidents the following day invoke the role of precognition in human experience as a plausible mechanism for non-physical human contact with extraterrestrials. Wired reported in 2010 how Cornell University Professor of Psychology Daryl Bem’s paper, “Feeling the Future: Experimental Evidence for Anomalous Retroactive Influences on Cognition and Affect,” described “the results of nine different experiments, conducted on more than 1000 subjects. All of the experiments revealed slight yet statistically significant psi anomalies, with an average effect size of 0.21 across all experiments.”
The paper, originally published in “The Journal of Personality and Social Psychology,” was cited for providing “the first testable framework for the investigation of anomalous psychological properties.” This meant that the experiments could be replicated by other independent teams, with reproducibility a core principle underlying practices compliant with the scientific method. In parapsychology, psi is “the unknown factor in extrasensory perception and psychokinesis experiences that is not explained by known physical or biological mechanisms.”
The “Close Encounters” model originated by Dr. J. Allen Hynek attempted to describe human contact with extraterrestrials in terms of various articulated stages. A UFO scientist employed by the US federal government Dr. Hynek authored “The UFO Experience – A Scientific Inquiry” in which he stated how “[The 1960’s US Air Force Project] Blue Book was a “cover-up” to the extent that the assigned problem was glossed over for one reason or another. In my many years association with Blue Book, I do not recall ever one serious discussion of methodology, of improving the process of data gathering or of techniques of comprehensive interrogation of witnesses.”
Dr. Steven Greer’s Center for the Study of Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI) expanded upon the Hynek model with addition of CE-5 incidents, “a fifth category of close encounters with Extraterrestrial Intelligence (ETI), characterized by mutual, bilateral communication rather than unilateral contact.” One source reports “the nature of this bilateral, deliberate communication between the intelligent source and the subject is generally claimed to be (but does not have to be) telepathic.” The answer to why Blink-182 co-founder Tom DeLonge told Paper Dr. Greer was under electronic mind control is found on page 127 of a 2006 biography titled “Hidden Truth: Forbidden Knowledge.”
In a Yahoo Email dated Sunday, July 24, 2011 10:28:30 a.m. PST contactee Les Murzsa wrote “I had a few dreams about watching UFOs from my deck last night. Now I am going to have skywatch all day long.” In a Telus Voicemail dated Sunday, July 24, 2011 6:26:00 p.m. PST contactee Les Murzsa stated “I just filmed the sighting of my life. I lost count at 18 UFO’s in one go. I had a massive fleet sighting and I filmed the entire thing … A huge sighting – biggest in my life.”
In light of previous reporting that described ET influences on Canada’s national leadership the lens of Mr. Murzsa’s video evidence offered discrete focus for Exopoltical investigations attempting to determine the threshold of influence exerted by extraterrestrials operating flights of spaceships in close proximity to Vancouver City Hall. If the city’s civic leaders and their decision-making processes are as susceptible to ET psi as the dreams of a local videographer, that influence may play a role in shaping Vancouver’s future.
