Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada – Gaia.com, an employee-embattled Boulder, Colorado-based multi-million communications corporation marketing to the multi-dimensional media market became even more notorious today in media circles by violating the US Constitution’s First Amendment protections for the press and reportedly filing a “frivolous” Colorado lawsuit against a reporter of the emerging Fourth Estate media program NewsEvolution@TrueTube.co, Anchor Patty Greer, for her constitutionally-protected actions of reporting on former Gaia TV Stars David Wilcock public resignation letter from Gaia.com & Corey Goode legal claims vs. Gaia.com, as well as GEM [Gaia Employee Movement–Glass Door Gaia.com employee public complaints against Gaia.com & its controversial CEO, Jirka Rysavy of office supply company Corporate Express.
Gaia.com actions came in a blatant effort to deflect attention from its own GEM-reported unlawful surveillance of its own employees, attempted intimidation of the media, and in a cover-up and panic mode by its two principal much-criticized executives, office supply maven Jirka Rysavy of Corporate Express and Rysavy’s sidekick at Gaia.com, Jay Weidner.
