Martin,

You have been repeatedly sent evidence regarding the extreme criminal harassment abuse by

the psychopathic mad man Richard J Hannah.

The 91 screen grabs of evidence in the thread attached below that has already been repeatedly sent

to you, along with all the evidence and detailed testimony expressing the seriousness of the situation

provided by a Judge, and other witnesses and news reporters who also sent you hard evidence.

You have had more than enough evidence sent to you. When did it become the victim’s responsibility

to gather the evidence for the police anyway? ? We have never heard of the police doing this before.

It is not our job as harassed abused victims to go and gather police evidence. Why have the police

not sort to gather the tons of freely available evidence themselves?

Why was the responsibility upon me as the victim to give you the evidence?

Why are we not being treated with respect like any other abused human being? We are we not being

provided with any safety security and protection as is afforded to us under the human rights act 1998?

Why has Richard J Hannah – a clearly mentally-deranged, demented, thief, conman, stalker, monster,

who is terrorizing and causing extreme harm for us victims.. and has done so for 15 years –

still not been arrested for the multitude of horrific ‘crimes’ being perpetrated against us?

We are dealing with the ‘Crimes’ by a ‘Known Criminal, therefore issue at hand is a ‘Criminal’ matter

it is not a ‘Civil one’.  And as repeatedly explained to you that the case has already been fought and

WON inside British Civil Court against Richard J Hannah and his mob as you are already aware and

would have heard whilst listening to court case courtroom audios and reading the court case orders

provided by the multitude of Judges involved proving Richard J Hannah is guilty

and had already lost in Civil court.

So there is absolutely no need for us to go to the same Civil courts and repeat the civil process again

for Richard J. Hannah and his crime mob, when we have already successfully done so…

It is for the Met police/Scotland Yard to now step up and protect us as members of the public

from Richard J Hannah and his crime ring crimes.

If you refuse to protect us members of public from being brutalized and openly publicly harassed and

abused whereby our lives are obviously endangered. Please explain exactly how we are supposed

to protect ourselves from these criminals and crimes from here forward.

to harassment. This report was closed due to a lack of evidence. I had reviewed the communication

between us and I requested several times for you to give me examples/evidence of the harassment

and you failed to do so.

I have recommended that you seek civil action against Richard Hannah if you wish but at this stage

a crime cannot be established.

If you ever feel that you are in immediate danger always dial 999. If you wish to report anything

that is not of an urgent nature then call 101.

This case is now closed and you will be much better off taking the actions stated above

Dear Met Police, once again helicopters are circling directly above my cousin Ron’s house again

right now.

Please let us know what you are doing to stop our horrendous nightmare situation? We want the

criminals abusing us to be immediately arrested.

We have put out a red alert because the same thing happened the night before Grenfell Tower

kicked off where our aunt and cousin Marjorie and Ernie Vital were burnt to death.

who has made us the target of his evil obsession for the last 15 years?

You have not responded to our evidence and witnesses nor to our urgent repeated requests for help
