VANCOUVER, BC – US Chrononaut Andrew “Andy” D. Basiago, BA, BS, JD, EnvtlC, MCRP (Dist), MPhil (Cantab) has reported that his vitrectomy left eye operation during the first week of April 2019, like the vitrectomy on his right eye in January, “went as well as could be expected”. Andy now faces cataract and lens replacement operations.
US Chrononaut Basiago time traveled and teleported as a child in DARPA’s secret Project Pegasus from 1968 to 1972 and later went to Mars in the secret CIA’s Mars Jump Room Exploration program from 1980-1984.
Andy Basiago gradually lost his vision as a result of health conditions directly traceable to his participation in secret US government time travel experiments, including teleportation, chronovision, plasma confinement, and other advanced quantum access technologies, and may have been aggravated by the Mars Jump Room technology which, while pioneered by Howard Hughes, remains of unknown origin.
As a childhood participant, Andy was not financially compensated by the US Government for his participation in quantum access, nor as a college aged participant in the Mars Jump Room program, and now faces ongoing medical expenses.
Andy Basiago’s whistleblowing about secret US government time travel, teleportation, and Mars exploration is one of the earliest and most reliable accounts we have of these secret breakthrough technologies by which US secret space agencies are exploring our Universe. Quantum access technologies such as teleportation should be publicly released as a substitute for fossil fuel vehicles for humanity’s benefit, for example.
