Article 8 bis
Crime of aggression
1. For the purpose of this Statute, “crime of aggression” means the planning, preparation, initiation or
execution, by a person in a position effectively to exercise control over or to direct the political or military
action of a State, of an act of aggression which, by its character, gravity and scale, constitutes a manifest
violation of the Charter of the United Nations.
2. For the purpose of paragraph 1, “act of aggression” means the use of armed force by a State against
the sovereignty, territorial integrity or political independence of another State, or in any other manner
inconsistent with the Charter of the United Nations. Any of the following acts, regardless of a declaration
of war, shall, in accordance with United Nations General Assembly resolution 3314 (XXIX) of 14 December
1974, qualify as an act of aggression:
(a) The invasion or attack by the armed forces of a State of the territory of another State, or any military
occupation, however temporary, resulting from such invasion or attack, or any annexation by the use
of force of the territory of another State or part thereof;
(b) Bombardment by the armed forces of a State against the territory of another State or the use of any
weapons by a State against the territory of another State;
(c) The blockade of the ports or coasts of a State by the armed forces of another State;
(d) An attack by the armed forces of a State on the land, sea or air forces, or marine and air fleets of
another State;

(e) The use of armed forces of one State which are within the territory of another State with the
agreement of the receiving State, in contravention of the conditions provided for in the agreement or
any extension of their presence in such territory beyond the termination of the agreement;
(f) The action of a State in allowing its territory, which it has placed at the disposal of another State, to
be used by that other State for perpetrating an act of aggression against a third State;
(g) The sending by or on behalf of a State of armed bands, groups, irregulars or mercenaries, which carry
out acts of armed force against another State of such gravity as to amount to the acts listed above, or
its substantial involvement therein.
Article 8
War crimes
1. The Court shall have jurisdiction in respect of war crimes in particular when committed as part of a plan or
policy or as part of a large-scale commission of such crimes.
2. For the purpose of this Statute, “war crimes” means:
(a) Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts
against persons or property protected under the provisions of the relevant Geneva Convention:
(i) Wilful killing;
(ii) Torture or inhuman treatment, including biological experiments;
(iii) Wilfully causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or health;
(iv) Extensive destruction and appropriation of property, not justified by military necessity and
carried out unlawfully and wantonly;
(v) Compelling a prisoner of war or other protected person to serve in the forces of a hostile Power;
(vi) Wilfully depriving a prisoner of war or other protected person of the rights of fair and regular
trial;

(vii) Unlawful deportation or transfer or unlawful confinement;
(viii) Taking of hostages.
(b) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in international armed conflict, within
the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(i) Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual
civilians not taking direct part in hostilities;
(ii) Intentionally directing attacks against civilian objects, that is, objects which are not military
objectives;
(iii) Intentionally directing attacks against personnel, installations, material, units or vehicles
involved in a humanitarian assistance or peacekeeping mission in accordance with the Charter
of the United Nations, as long as they are entitled to the protection given to civilians or civilian
objects under the international law of armed conflict;
(iv) Intentionally launching an attack in the knowledge that such attack will cause incidental loss
of life or injury to civilians or damage to civilian objects or widespread, long-term and severe
damage to the natural environment which would be clearly excessive in relation to the concrete
and direct overall military advantage anticipated;
(v) Attacking or bombarding, by whatever means, towns, villages, dwellings or buildings which are
undefended and which are not military objectives;
(vi) Killing or wounding a combatant who, having laid down his arms or having no longer means
of defence, has surrendered at discretion;
(vii) Making improper use of a flag of truce, of the flag or of the military insignia and uniform
of the enemy or of the United Nations, as well as of the distinctive emblems of the Geneva
Conventions, resulting in death or serious personal injury;
(viii) The transfer, directly or indirectly, by the Occupying Power of parts of its own civilian population
into the territory it occupies, or the deportation or transfer of all or parts of the population of
the occupied territory within or outside this territory;
(ix) Intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion, education, art, science or
charitable purposes, historic monuments, hospitals and places where the sick and wounded are
collected, provided they are not military objectives;
(x) Subjecting persons who are in the power of an adverse party to physical mutilation or to
medical or scientific experiments of any kind which are neither justified by the medical, dental
or hospital treatment of the person concerned nor carried out in his or her interest, and which
cause death to or seriously endanger the health of such person or persons;
(xi) Killing or wounding treacherously individuals belonging to the hostile nation or army;
(xii) Declaring that no quarter will be given;
(xiii) Destroying or seizing the enemy’s property unless such destruction or seizure be imperatively
demanded by the necessities of war;
(xiv) Declaring abolished, suspended or inadmissible in a court of law the rights and actions of the
nationals of the hostile party;
(xv) Compelling the nationals of the hostile party to take part in the operations of war directed against
their own country, even if they were in the belligerent’s service before the commencement of
the war;
(xvi) Pillaging a town or place, even when taken by assault;
(xvii) Employing poison or poisoned weapons;
(xviii) Employing asphyxiating, poisonous or other gases, and all analogous liquids, materials or
devices;

(xix) Employing bullets which expand or flatten easily in the human body, such as bullets with a
hard envelope which does not entirely cover the core or is pierced with incisions;
(xx) Employing weapons, projectiles and material and methods of warfare which are of a nature
to cause superfluous injury or unnecessary suffering or which are inherently indiscriminate
in violation of the international law of armed conflict, provided that such weapons, projectiles
and material and methods of warfare are the subject of a comprehensive prohibition and
are included in an annex to this Statute, by an amendment in accordance with the relevant
provisions set forth in articles 121 and 123;
(xxi) Committing outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment;
(xxii) Committing rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, forced pregnancy, as defined in article
7, paragraph 2 (f), enforced sterilization, or any other form of sexual violence also constituting
a grave breach of the Geneva Conventions;
(xxiii) Utilizing the presence of a civilian or other protected person to render certain points, areas or
military forces immune from military operations;
(xxiv) Intentionally directing attacks against buildings, material, medical units and transport, and
personnel using the distinctive emblems of the Geneva Conventions in conformity with
international law;
(xxv) Intentionally using starvation of civilians as a method of warfare by depriving them of objects
indispensable to their survival, including wilfully impeding relief supplies as provided for under
the Geneva Conventions;
(xxvi) Conscripting or enlisting children under the age of fifteen years into the national armed forces
or using them to participate actively in hostilities.
(c) In the case of an armed conflict not of an international character, serious violations of article 3 common
to the four Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, namely, any of the following acts committed
against persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including members of armed forces who have
laid down their arms and those placed hors de combat by sickness, wounds, detention or any other
cause:
(i) Violence to life and person, in particular murder of all kinds, mutilation, cruel treatment and
torture;
(ii) Committing outrages upon personal dignity, in particular humiliating and degrading treatment;
(iii) Taking of hostages;
(iv) The passing of sentences and the carrying out of executions without previous judgement
pronounced by a regularly constituted court, affording all judicial guarantees which are
generally recognized as indispensable.
(d) Paragraph 2 (c) applies to armed conflicts not of an international character and thus does not apply to
situations of internal disturbances and tensions, such as riots, isolated and sporadic acts of violence
or other acts of a similar nature.
(e) Other serious violations of the laws and customs applicable in armed conflicts not of an international
character, within the established framework of international law, namely, any of the following acts:
(i) Intentionally directing attacks against the civilian population as such or against individual
civilians not taking direct part in hostilities;
(ii) Intentionally directing attacks against buildings, material, medical units and transport, and
personnel using the distinctive emblems of the Geneva Conventions in conformity with
international law;
(iii) Intentionally directing attacks against personnel, installations, material, units or vehicles
involved in a humanitarian assistance or peacekeeping mission in accordance with the Charter
of the United Nations, as long as they are entitled to the protection given to civilians or civilian
objects under the international law of armed conflict;
(iv) Intentionally directing attacks against buildings dedicated to religion, education, art, science or
charitable purposes, historic monuments, hospitals and places where the sick and wounded are
collected, provided they are not military objectives;
(v) Pillaging a town or place, even when taken by assault;

(vi) Committing rape, sexual slavery, enforced prostitution, forced pregnancy, as defined in article
7, paragraph 2 (f), enforced sterilization, and any other form of sexual violence also constituting
a serious violation of article 3 common to the four Geneva Conventions;
(vii) Conscripting or enlisting children under the age of fifteen years into armed forces or groups or
using them to participate actively in hostilities;
(viii) Ordering the displacement of the civilian population for reasons related to the conflict, unless
the security of the civilians involved or imperative military reasons so demand;
(ix) Killing or wounding treacherously a combatant adversary;
(x) Declaring that no quarter will be given;
(xi) Subjecting persons who are in the power of another party to the conflict to physical mutilation
or to medical or scientific experiments of any kind which are neither justified by the medical,
dental or hospital treatment of the person concerned nor carried out in his or her interest, and
which cause death to or seriously endanger the health of such person or persons;
(xii) Destroying or seizing the property of an adversary unless such destruction or seizure be
imperatively demanded by the necessities of the conflict;
(xiii) Employing poison or poisoned weapons;
(xiv) Employing asphyxiating, poisonous or other gases, and all analogous liquids, materials or
devices;
(xv) Employing bullets which expand or flatten easily in the human body, such as bullets with a

(f) Paragraph 2 (e) applies to armed conflicts not of an international character and thus does not apply
to situations of internal disturbances and tensions, such as riots, isolated and sporadic acts of violence
or other acts of a similar nature. It applies to armed conflicts that take place in the territory of a State
when there is protracted armed conflict between governmental authorities and organized armed
groups or between such groups.
3. Nothing in paragraph 2 (c) and (e) shall affect the responsibility of a Government to maintain or re-
establish law and order in the State or to defend the unity and territorial integrity of the State, by all
legitimate means.

On March 23, PM Justin Trudeau was called a dictator in front of the entire European Union over his response to the Freedom Convoy.
Addressing both the European Parliament and Trudeau specifically, Member of the European Parliament Mislav Kolakusic proceeded to deliver Trudeau perhaps the most humiliating international thrashing of his political career.
“Freedom, the right to choose, the right to life, the right to health, the right to work for many of us are fundamental human rights for which millions of citizens of Europe and the world have laid down their lives,” Kolakusic began.
“…. Canada, once a symbol of the modern world, has become a symbol of civil rights violations under your quasi-liberal boot in recent months. We watched how you trample women with horses, how you block the bank accounts of single parents so that they can’t even pay their children’s education and medicine, that they can’t pay utilities, mortgages for their homes.”
“To you,” he continues, speaking to Trudeau, “these may be liberal methods; for many citizens of the world, it is a dictatorship of the worst kind. Rest assured that the citizens of the world, united, can stop any regime that wants to destroy the freedom of citizens, either by bombs or harmful pharmaceutical products.”
Kolakusic, having once lived under a Communist regime in Croatia, is more than likely only too familiar with authoritarian regimes, their consequences, and the grievances of everyday citizens. And like many who have survived Communist dictatorships, it is apparent that he shares the disdain over Trudeau’s use of Emergency Powers to target peaceful protesters who only wanted their rights back.
And indeed, Kolakusic isn’t the only MEP to suggest Trudeau is acting like a dictator.
“[Trudeau’s] exactly like a tyrant, like a dictator. He’s like Ceaușescu in Romania,” said Romanian MEP Cristian Terhes last month.
Terhes subsequently decided not to attend Trudeau’s speech today.
In England, too, the response has been no better. During his first trip to the UK following the Freedom Convoy, Trudeau was greeted by protesters brandishing “F*** Trudeau” flags in front of PM Boris Johnson’s office, forcing him to sneak in through the back.
While it appeared that Trudeau was headed back to the EU for more PR after his first successful glam tour, the global community is done with his façade. Trudeau is a joke on the international stage.

Vancouver, BC – Justin Trudeau, as of this writing Prime Minister and Leader of a Liberal Government in Canada, is a Poster Boy for the Chronogarchy, a hidden quantum access time travel AI Transhumanist interdimensional governance, who by the evidence is leading the predicted 2022 critical mass timeline split between the Soulless AI Transhumanist timeline, and the Original Earth’s Timeline of Divine Soul Incarnation.
According to The Chronogarchy, now available at Omniversity.us, “the Chronogarchy is an interdimensional hidden power structure monitoring the time-space of Earth as its domain of influence, operating as a secret government using quantum access Time Travel technologies to carry out its operations and mandates. In the third-density of Earth’s time-space dimensional hologram, the Chronogarchy develops and deploys a variety of Quantum Access Time Travel technologies to carry out its elaborate long-range, past, present, and future based construction and manipulation of an artificial Time- based Meme Legend within which to entrap and enslave humanity and humans’ souls.

Each of these individuals was briefed and groomed to be US President by the Chronogarchy secret Presidential pre-identification program, headed in the 1971-72 period by US President Richard M. Nixon, with Donald H. Rumsfeld as the Defense Liaison, and Henry Kissinger as the U.S. National Security Advisor. As functional Commander in Chief of the top-secret U.S. time travel pre-identification program, it was on Richard M. Nixon’s direct orders that each of these individuals was pre-identified, briefed, and groomed as a future U.S President by the DARPA Project Pegasus – CIA Presidential pre-identification team.
During the 1971-72 DARPA Project Pegasus – CIA time travel Chronogarchy Presidential pre-identification program, pre-identification of future national political leaders was apparently not limited to United States Presidents, however. By the evidence, the 1971-72 DARPA Project Pegasus – CIA time travel Chronogarchy Presidential pre-identification program appears to have pre-identified Justin Trudeau as a future Prime Minister of Canada, assuming office on November 4, 2015 until an unknown date as of this writing. Presumably, the Chronogarchy, through its penetration of Canadian and international elites, will have found a methodology of briefing and grooming Justin Trudeau for his pre-identified Quantum Access Prime Ministership, as it has used the US CIA for this function.
Here is a Canadian journalistic version of the April 13-15, 1972 State visit of Time Travel Commander in Chief Richard M. Nixon to Ottawa to deliver the public news, under plausible deniability, that Justin Trudeau, had been preidentified as a future US President.

The last time a Trudeau and a U.S. president met for a state dinner, it didn’t go that well—but Nixon did foresee Justin Trudeau becoming prime minister
In April 1972, Adrian Macdonald and her then-husband, Otto Lang, a former cabinet minister, were among the dignitaries at a black-tie gala at the National Arts Centre for president Richard Nixon’s state visit to Ottawa.
It was a glamour-filled evening hosted by Pierre and Margaret Trudeau with a lively concert by the NAC Orchestra and the Festival Singers of Canada, which journalist George Radwanski (who would go on to become privacy commissioner and author of a biography on Trudeau) described in his news report as “unusually modern for a formal event of this nature.” He wrote in the Gazette: “One of their songs, entitled ‘Seller from Fortune,’ contained the clearly enunciated phrase ‘tore the ass right out of his britches.’ ”
After the show, Nixon gave a champagne toast during a buffet meal. His remarks have become known as the Nixon prophecy. “Tonight, we’ll dispense with formalities. I’d like to toast the future prime minister of Canada—to Justin Pierre Trudeau.”
To which Pierre Trudeau replied, saying should his son (who was then four months old) become prime minister one day, “I hope he has the grace and skill of the president.”
“It came true. Who knew?” jokes Macdonald, whose twins, including former CBC journalist Amanda Lang, went to primary school with Justin Trudeau. Her current husband, Donald Macdonald, another former cabinet minister, was also at the gala concert during the Nixon trip. “Trudeau has the skill but [there’s] nothing he could take from Nixon,” she says.
Marc Lalonde, Trudeau’s principal secretary in 1972, missed Nixon’s toast to the future prime minister that night, saying he must have “been busy watching after other things” but laughed at the former president’s prediction this week as Justin Trudeau headed to Washington for a state dinner. “I didn’t know Nixon had that sort of foresight to see into the future. He was a strange but remarkable man, obviously.”
As for Pierre Trudeau’s diplomatic reply, Lalonde said there was a “great deal of courtesy on each side” despite the daggers being thrown privately.
Relations between the two leaders were strained and there was no love lost. Oval Office recordings later revealed Nixon referred to Trudeau as an “asshole.”
According to Conrad Black’s book Richard M. Nixon: A Life in Full, the former president did not want to spend much time with the prime minister during the visit and found the idea, as Black described it, “unappetizing.” Black wrote that Nixon made an early exit during the gala, which was attended by an A-list of guests including Adolph William Schmidt, former United States ambassador, and former cabinet minister (and future prime minister) John Turner. The American delegation included Ron Ziegler, Nixon’s press secretary, Rosemary Woods, the president’s secretary, William Rogers, former Secretary of State, and Nixon’s national security adviser Henry Kissinger, who caused a stir by bringing Canadian broadcaster Charlotte Gobeil as his date.
Barney Danson, the former defence minister, described sitting beside Kissinger at the NAC event, along with his wife, Isobel, and U.S. foreign policy adviser Ivan Head, in his autobiography Not Bad for a Sergeant: The Memoirs of Barney Danson. He wrote that Kissinger was “confident to the point of arrogance” and noted his Canadian date was “resplendent in a deeply cut gown that exposed her considerable endowments.”
He described an “awkward” evening and state visit. “Almost all of the official Nixon party gave the impression that the whole visit was a crashing bore and that this foray into the ‘sticks’ was something that had to be endured.” He noted Nixon was “not an easy man to be with and there seemed to be no natural affinity between him and Trudeau.” Nixon seemed distracted and never relaxed, because, he assumed, things were going badly in Vietnam.
Helicopters buzzed overhead during the NAC gala and the U.S. government installed a red telephone and hotline to Washington at the president’s table during the concert, according to In Art and Politics: The History of the National Arts Centre, by Sarah Jennings (sister of the late anchorman Peter Jennings). In a section detailing the 1972 visit, she wrote: “A special hotline telephone, set up by the White House secret service, became an unexpected adornment adjacent to the silver-laden, damask-covered table when the president sat down to dinner.” The NAC still has a “Nixon room” that was used during the trip.
During his visit to Ottawa, Nixon and his wife, Pat, attended a dinner at Rideau Hall with governor general Roland Michener and his wife Norah, the night before the NAC event, and the leaders signed a multi-billion-dollar agreement to clean up the Great Lakes, despite strained relations. They also came to an agreement to resume trade negotiations.
The young Justin Trudeau altered some official plans. Margaret Trudeau missed the Nixons’ arrival at the airport to breastfeed her son. Pat Nixon brought a stuffed Snoopy toy, which she presented to Margaret during tea at 24 Sussex.
Nixon’s prophecy about Justin Trudeau gained media attention this fall, in light of his election win, but at the time it happened it was overshadowed by heavy security and politicking at the NAC function. Nixon was only at the event for about an hour, according to media reports from 1972, and his toast would not have happened if his aides had their way. His chief of staff, H.R. Haldeman, and senior aide John Ehrlichman (who went to prison for the Watergate scandal) tried to usher Nixon out of the venue before the buffet, Timothy Porteous, Trudeau’s executive assistant, told the Globe and Mail in 2002.
Porteous said Kissinger, meanwhile, was enjoying the concert with his date. “Kissinger had the right attitude. He was appalled by the way these guys were behaving. He was relaxing and having a good time while Haldeman and Ehrlichman were kind of jumping around going, ‘We’ve got to get the boss out of here.’ Kissinger said, ‘The president’s a grownup. If he wants to leave, he’ll leave.’ He was all apologies. The tension between them was quite funny,” Porteous told the Globe.
Oval Office audiotapes later revealed Nixon called Porteous an “ugly bastard” after the trip to Ottawa. The president also said: “Was the prime minister’s executive assistant that bushy-haired fellow?” Nixon ordered Haldeman to plant a negative story about Porteous in the Washington press.
“Play it hard. Find a way, goddammit. You’ve got to put it to these people for kicking the U.S. around after what we did for that lousy son of a bitch,” he said, referring to Trudeau. “Wasting three days up there. That trip we needed like a hole in the head.”
Justin Trudeau is notorious for his access to transnational elite organizations, and so may have been briefed and groomed on his Chronogarchy preidentified future Prime Ministership [and his future dates in office] by Canadian CSIS – Canadian Security and Intelligence Services that may be part of the 5 Eyes community privy to the Quantum Access Chronogarchy Time Travel governance Protocols.
The Chronogarchy’s ability to control events and human history on Earth and even key aspects of the human Interlife reincarnation cycle is a function of Earth’s current status as a third-density time-space planet, in a troubled solar system and galaxy filled with interspecies exopolitical warfare and default of interdimensional spiritual entities.
The Chronogarchy
The documentary and witness evidence of THE CHRONOGARCHY book demonstrates, more probably than not, that the Chronogarchy itself exists. One working hypothesis about the Chronogarchy is that “the Chronogarchy” fulfills the definition of Evil in our Sol solar system having started on Earth, Earth’s Moon and Mars. See, for example, “This Afterlife/Interlife Matrix might be part of an historic “Lucifer Rebellion” in our quadrant of our Universe in coordination with negative Extraterrestrials such as the Draco Reptilians in the Exopolitics Dimensions of our Earth holographic dimensional ecology.”
THE CHRONOGARCHY book, which establishes the existence of a clandestine quantum access Time Travel organization affecting human society and individual lives for its own ends, changes the established “scientific canon” about Time Travel, its existence, and its real applications in modern Earth society.
For example, “Jenny Randles, the author of a number of books on Time Travel, including Breaking the Time Barrier, Time Storms, and Time Travel: Fact, Fiction & Possibility, offers a cautionary view on travelling through time: “’ The ability to manipulate time would provide a dictator with the ultimate doomsday device: allowing one to change the past or adapt the future until it suited his or her own ends.” And as Randles perceptively notes: “Human society will face many difficult questions when that first Time Machine is switched on. Like the first moon landing, the discovery of Time Travel will change our world.’”

As noted by historian and Scottish television presenter Neil Oliver in the video above, many feel like they’re stuck in an “existential battle between good and evil.” Perhaps you feel this “creeping malevolence” Oliver describes as well. We’re being hit with one crisis after another, but there’s nothing “organic” or natural about these crises.
They seem manufactured and intentional. The question on everyone’s mind is “Why?”
Why would anyone intentionally create fear, destruction, hatred, misery and grief? To most people, such evil is unimaginable, and therefore they don’t want to believe it’s being done. Yet here we are — on the brink of world war.
Seeds of Hatred Are Being Purposely Sown
While the days of peace on earth have been few in the history of mankind, we’re now seeing an escalation in hatred and calls for violence and outright murder are being actively encouraged. Oliver points out that Meta, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, has relaxed its hate speech policies in certain countries — but only as long as the hatred is directed against Russians.
While hatred against an attacker is normal, one day, the designated target for “justifiable hatred” may be you. One day, Meta may decide it’s OK to call for the death of all Christians. Or all Jews. Or all white people (actually, they’ve already done that). Or all unvaccinated people (they did that too). You get the gist.
So, the question is, do we continue to accept the idea of “justifiable hatred” — that it’s OK to hate and call for violence against any one group? Especially when we know the target group is decided by powers that ultimately seek to destroy us all?
As noted by Oliver, “We’re being manipulated as never before in history.” To refuse to acknowledge that you’re being manipulated puts you in a very dangerous place, as acknowledging that manipulation is taking place is the first step to develop resistance against it.
Right now, media, government and business leaders are fomenting hatred against Russian citizens, and even people with Russian-sounding names, who have nothing to do with Putin’s decision to go into Ukraine, and while it may feel “justifiable,” it’s dangerous in the extreme.
We just saw the same kind of rabid expressions of hatred against the unvaccinated less than a year ago.
All of this hatred plays right into the hands of the technocratic elite that needs chaos and unrest in order to push their will on us. We simply must learn to resist these Pavlovian responses.
Phase 2 of The Great Reset
While Oliver does not make this connection, it seems clear to me that the drums of war are part and parcel of The Great Reset plan.
The pandemic countermeasures and their devastating impact on the world economy was Part 1.
War is Part 2. An anonymous correspondent recently wrote about this on WinterOak.org:1
“Welcome to the second phase of the Great Reset: war.
While the pandemic acclimatized the world to lockdowns,
– normalized the acceptance of experimental medications,
– precipitated the greatest transfer of wealth to corporations by decimating SMEs [small and medium-sized businesses]

an additional vector was required to accelerate the economic collapse before nations can ‘Build Back Better.’”
The article presents “several ways in which the current conflict between Russia and Ukraine is the next catalyst for the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset agenda, facilitated by an interconnected web of global stakeholders and a diffuse network of public-private partnerships.”
Changes to Supply Chains and the Global Workforce
For starters, supply chains of all kinds are being disrupted at an unprecedented level and pace by the war between Russia and Ukraine. Fuel shortages and inflation are also taking off. The anonymous author predicts that, as geopolitical tensions between the NATO alliance and the Sino-Russia axis continue, “a second contraction may plunge the economy into stagflation.”
Stagflation2 is an economic situation in which inflation and unemployment rates are high while economic growth slows. It’s a precarious dilemma for economic policy, because strategies that help lower inflation can also make unemployment worse. Universal basic income is one planned strategy that will create dependency.
It will also ensure we’re all equally poor and unable to threaten their monopoly on power and wealth.
This is what they mean when they’re talking about making the world ‘fair and equitable.’
“Another recession will compound global resource thirst, narrow the scope for self-sufficiency and significantly increase dependence on government subsidies,” the anonymous Winter Oak writer states. Indeed, dependence on government is a clear goal of the global cabal pushing for The Great Reset. How else can the get people to give up sovereignty over their own bodies and lives?
The Fourth Industrial Revolution
As noted in the Winter Oak article, a recurring theme in Klaus Schwab’s Fourth Industrial Revolution is the merger of man and machine. Technologies and scientific innovations will become extensions of our own bodies and minds. Augmented and cloud-connected humans are at the center of the next-generation workforce.
“Those spearheading the Great Reset seek to manage geopolitical risk by creating new markets which revolve around digital innovations, e-strategies, telepresence labor, artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology, the Internet of Things and the Internet of Bodies,” the anonymous writer notes.
“The breakneck speed in which AI technologies are being deployed suggest that the optimization of such technologies will initially bear on traditional industries and professions which offer a safety net for hundreds of millions of workers, such as farming, retail, catering, manufacturing and the courier industries.”
Indeed, examples of jobs that are being, or will be, replaced by AI include factory workers, telemarketers, bookkeepers, ad sales, customer support, receptionists, retail sales, cashiers, certain media positions, couriers and delivery jobs, security jobs, fast food workers, taxi drivers, farmers and certain medical jobs, including surgeons and lab technicians.4
“While it has long been anticipated that the increased use of technology in the private sector would result in massive job losses, pandemic lockdowns and the coming disruption caused by a war will speed up this process, and many companies will be left with no other option but to lay off staff and replace them with creative technological solutions merely for the survival of their businesses,” the anonymous writer states.
Sustainable Development Goals Taking Center Stage
The Ukraine war is also reducing Europe’s reliance on Russian energy, thereby reinforcing the urgency of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, a plan that is absolutely central to The Great Reset. In lockstep with the Great Reset, policymakers around the world are using the sanctions against the Russian energy sector to accelerate the transition to “green” energy.
On a side note, back in 2011, the HuffPost actually published an article debating whether nuclear war might be helpful for reversing global warming.5 And here we are in 2022, when war is being used to push the “green” agenda forward.
Is it a coincidence? Or has war always been part of the plan?
According to HuffPost, NASA scientists had modeled the effects of war involving 100 Hiroshima-level bombs, the equivalent of 0.03% of the global nuclear arsenal. The researchers concluded that in such an event, “5 million metric tons of black carbon would be swept up into the lowest portion of the atmosphere,” resulting in global cooling.
A “small-scale war” might lower the global temperature an average of 2.25 degrees F for two to three years. Tropical areas might see a drop in temperature between 5.4 and 7.2 degrees F.
While the Green New Deal may sound attractive (who doesn’t want a pollution-free world?), ultimately, it’s all about creating a control system in which the world’s resources are owned by the richest of the rich, while the rest of the population can be controlled through the allocation of those resources, including energy.
As explained in the Winter Oak article:
“Under such an economic construct, asset holding conglomerates can redirect the flow of global capital by aligning investments with the UN’s SDGs and configuring them as Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) compliant so that new international markets can be built on the disaster and misery of potentially hundreds of millions of people reeling from the economic collapse caused by war.
Therefore, the war offers a huge impetus for the governments pushing the reset to actively pursue energy independence, shape markets towards ‘green and inclusive growth’ and eventually move populations towards a cap-and-trade system, otherwise known as a carbon credit economy.
This will centralize power in the hands of stakeholder capitalists under the benevolent guise of reinventing capitalism through fairer and greener means, using deceptive slogans like ‘Build Back Better’ without sacrificing the perpetual growth imperative of capitalism.”
Food Shortages Are a Boon to Synthetic Food Industry
The war in Ukraine and the Russia’s decision to block exports of fertilizer and food crops will also create food shortages, and this too plays right into the Great Reset plan. In recent years, we’ve been urged by Great Reset front men like Bill Gates to stop eating real meat, and switch to synthetic lab-grown meat instead. Of course, Gates is invested in these fake food technologies.
Making people reliant on patented synthetic food will benefit the globalists in more ways than one. People will get sicker, and hence more reliant on government aid. They’ll be dependent on food produced by monopolies and hence easier to control. And, over time, as people forget how to grow and raise food, the ability to control the global population will increase.
Sanctions Against Russia May Speed Up the Control Grid
Winter Oak also predicts that:6
“Russia’s exclusion from SWIFT (The Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) foreshadows an economic reset which will generate precisely the kind of blowback necessary for corralling large swathes of the global population into a technocratic control grid.
As several economists have opined, weaponizing SWIFT, CHIPS (The Clearing House Interbank Payments System) and the U.S. Dollar against Russia will only spur geopolitical rivals like China to accelerate the process of de-dollarization.
The main benefactor of economic sanctions against Russia appears to be China which can reshape the Eurasian market by encouraging member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) and BRICS to bypass the SWIFT ecosystem and settle cross-border international payments in the Digital Yuan.
While the demand for cryptocurrencies will see a massive spike, this is likely to encourage many governments to increasingly regulate the sector through public blockchains and enforce a multilateral ban on decentralized cryptocurrencies.
The shift to crypto could be the dress rehearsal to eventually expedite plans for programmable money overseen by a federal regulator, leading to the greater accretion of power in the hands of a powerful global technocracy and thus sealing our enslavement to financial institutions.
I believe this war will bring currencies to parity, therefore heralding a new Bretton Woods moment which promises to transform the operation of international banking and macroeconomic cooperation through the future adoption of central bank digital currencies.”
As if on cue, the White House, March 9, 2022, issued an executive order on “Ensuring Responsible Development of Digital Assets.”7 According to this order, technological advances in digital assets have “profound implications for the protection of consumers, investors, and businesses, including data privacy and security; financial stability and systemic risk; crime; national security; the ability to exercise human rights; financial inclusion and equity; and energy demand and climate change.”
“Inconsistent controls” to defend against risks — which run the gamut from system integrity and crime prevention to financial inclusion and equity, and combating climate change and pollution — now “necessitate an evolution and alignment of the United States Government approach to digital assets.”
There’s also the potential for a cyber attack on critical banking infrastructure, which would result in a global demand for increased cyber security. This, again, is precisely what the technocratic elite want and need, as it would facilitate the introduction of digital identity and the surveillance network that goes along with it.
The Rise of Global Technocracy
According to the Winter Oak author, the economic implications of the Ukraine war may be so disastrous they may necessitate the financial shortfall with injection of private capital, and this “will effectively render the traditional separation of powers between central banking institutions and governments obsolete.”
Central banks will then be in a position where they can disproportionally influence the economy of entire nations, effectively undermining national sovereignty. In short, this situation would enable a global technocracy to take over and monopolize the global decision-making process.
Fear Is the Tool of Tyrants
As noted by investigative journalist Whitney Webb in her March 2, 2022, article, “Ukraine and the New Al Qaeda,”8 the war in Ukraine appears to be the manifestation of a CIA “prophesy” pushed over the past two years, which predicted that “a ‘transnational white supremacist network’ with alleged ties to the Ukraine conflict will be the next global catastrophe to befall the world as the threat of COVID-19 recedes.”
In short, the Ukraine-Russia conflict may be “the opening act for the newest iteration of the seemingly endless ‘War on Terror,’” Webb writes. This, again, goes back to the technocrats’ need to manufacture justifications for the implementation of a Great Reset.
They need us to live in fear, because a fearful people will willingly give emergency powers to leaders, who in turn will take your rights away from you “for your own safety.” Over the past two years, even our right to speak our minds has been taken from us, and people who counter the official narrative have been identified as “the No. 1 domestic terrorist threat.”9
Our governments have turned neighbor against neighbor, parent against child and friend against friend. Every time we give in and adopt their hateful rhetoric as our own, they win and we lose. They win by pitting us against each other, because if we hate and fight each other, we won’t hate and fight them — and they know it.
