“Humanity has the scientific and exopolitical tools with which to integrate with off-planet cultures (OPCs). One task of the Decade of Contact is to develop public interest diplomacy for outreach and integration with a possible off-planet culture on Mars and other willing, spiritually evolved off-planet cultures now visiting Earth.

“Scientific Remote Viewing (SRV)

“Scientific remote viewing is the trained psychic ability to access information from any geographic location or being whether that location or being is located in a past, present, or future timeframe.  Scientific remote viewing enables two-way interactive communications between telepathic beings that may be in different physical or dimensional locations in the Universe, as well as in different timeframes. For example, scientific remote viewing interactive communications may take place between a human researcher, located in a laboratory in Atlanta, Georgia in the mid-1990s, and members of the galactic federation central council, located in another dimension of the galaxy. These communications may address the nature of galactic governance and other key exopolitical issues.

“Scientific remote viewing trials are accomplished through a scientific methodology in which the viewer does not know what he or she will view or communicate with in advance. Remote viewing research was carried out by Dr. Hal Puthoff and Russell Targ at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in the 1970s and further developed by the CIA and the U.S. military in the 1980s. It became a stunningly accurate intelligence data collection tool before becoming partially declassified in the mid-1990s.

Through scientific remote viewing, key researchers in the area of exopolitical relations between human and off-planet cultures have identified key characteristics and goals of an apparent off-planet culture on Mars. This present-day Martian off-planet culture, humanoid in form, lives under the surface of Mars, as well as on Earth in underground bases in the United States of America, and in intentional rural colonies in South America.

This Martian culture reportedly may be survivors of a Martian-solar system cataclysm in the distant past. The survivors of the Martian culture were rescued from this past cataclysm in a time travel operation approved by a galactic governing body known as the “galactic federation.” The time travel rescue operation was reportedly conducted by an off-planet culture known as the “Advanced Grays.”

The surviving Martian culture, now existing under the surface of present-day Mars, is about 150 years in advance technologically of our present-day human civilization. The scientific remote viewing data suggest that the Martian off-planet culture may wish to initiate contact and integration with human civilization, including migration to Earth, as living conditions on Mars are difficult for the long-term. These initial data suggest that mutual benefits to the Martian off-planet culture and to our human civilization might result from good will contact and public interest diplomacy between our two cultures, and set out a proposed general course of action for mutual contact.[3]

Welcome everyone to the April 2022 intelligence briefing, and we’re titling this intelligence breathing the reptilian and the game and I’ll explain how that all sort of fits in pretty soon. But right now I’m going to sort of give you an overview of where we’re going in this intelligence briefing and past intelligence briefings in our projects that we have done at Farsight. We’ve talked an awful lot about two basic thrusts with extraterrestrials. One basically is on the negative side, which is primarily reptilian and group that we call with over from the Orion Anbar. So we call the Orion people and others reptilians that are basically involved in quite negative things here on planet Earth in the solar system. And then we have also talked about extra extraterrestrials who have a much more positive orientation. And we have really discussed how those beings that have a more positive orientation, have a rule of non interference sets really strict for them. So if you’re to actually compare what we see with the negative and the positive. On the negative side, you have people who are actually reptilians and Orion’s Orion basically look like us but that very much like reptilians but the negative side generally speaking, doesn’t really respect freewill. And they don’t really respect what we would call human rights. And on the positive side, the extraterrestrials there which we often refer to as an associated with the various groupings, the Galactic Federation of worlds for example, they that the positive side has a real fixation on freewill. So the positive side extraterrestrials really see that is a very dangerous slope to Sartre just start eroding away. So you can say well, this, this population is being savagely exploited by sort of the controlling oppressive side, the one that likes to control a population sort of you might think of them as an authoritarian orientation. And that authoritarian orientation controls people. And the Free Will side looks at that and say, well, we can sort of say that those people are unhappy, and thus we should intervene. And the question is is a very slippery slope? At what time? At what point do you become more like the authoritarian side because you’re imposing the ideas of free will. On other people, you’d say, well, they would feel better if they were not being controlled. In an authoritarian system. So we know better, they should change. They would be happier in a non authoritarian system. So they’re going to intervene. But that’s exactly what the authoritarians, say, the authoritarian side, the negative side says, well, people are going to be happier if they’re controlled. If they’re organized and you have to sort of make it rigid. In order for people to do that. Otherwise you have chaos. You have no organization. So the controlling side, the authoritarian side, they look at freewill as the Reign of Chaos, or everyone decides to do what they do. Whatever they want to do, and then you have disorganization and the society falls apart. The free will people say no, there can be collaborative understandings where people cooperate among each other, because you talk things over and they make agreements Free Will agreements for how to do things. And that type of a free orientation for society doesn’t need to lead to chaos and you’d be much happier. But again, if the Free Will people decide to impose that on the people who are sort of victims of the authoritarian side. At what point did the Free Will people become authoritarian and they start chipping away at the idea of free will because they sort of assuming that these people would be better off if they were like the Free Will people? Crimes against humanity? That’s what we talked about. There is absolutely no way that the democratically elected political leadership, we’ll be able to avoid that in

the context of disclosure. If they signed the new agreement. They will not be accused of crimes against humanity because of the old agreements because the old agreements were done. Nobody knew anything. And they were fooled. They were duped. Okay, but once burned twice shy. If they signed agreements again, then the whole situation is different. Then you’re talking about serious crimes against humanity. So as you watch the war, continue in Ukraine, their real thing that you want to look for is the here’s what happens on the Russian side with respect to the increased possibility of using banned weapons such as cancer, tactical nuclear weapons, if there is a gas or certainly a tactical nuclear weapon, it’s gonna happen. The reptilians in your range are going to offer to take care of the problem. And they’re not going to do that for free. They’re gonna want agreement sign. So as soon as you see anything like that happening as soon as you see any type of nuclear escalation of the war, thunder, do you know for a fact that the returns in your range are going to be meeting with the democratically elected political leadership making the offer? That’s the whole purpose of it.

Vladimir Putin and his inner circle. This project started with the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It just did not seem rational in any logically oriented sense of the word. Ukraine was not threatening Russia and the invasion cost Russia and an enormous amount in terms of international prestige, its economy and even its concerned about NATO, a defense alliance that previously was struggling for a reason to exist. Quite a few people have been questioned if President Putin is meant to the stable. Basically, the entire Ukrainian war thing has been confusing to just about everyone.

All right, the more I am in the subjects mind, I can also I’m getting senses of another subject if the subjects mind like he’s definitely being influenced by someone else. The image I’m getting of the subject kind of you know, in his mind, I’m seeing subjects like this is just an ethereal body. This is a person inside subject is mind.

Well, one of our sites previous projects, human leadership has been compromised, focused on how certain extraterrestrials have managed to manipulate the minds of various leaders. Now in that project, we focused on Catholic Pope’s, but the idea was more general and if this could happen to a pope, it could happen to any human leader. So it was natural for us to wonder if this type of manipulation could also be involved in the situation with President Putin. Now, let me be clear that we at Farsight have no desire or intention to demonize any human leadership, including President Putin. We just wanted to find out if he is acting all on his own, or there has been some level of manipulation with respect to his thinking process and his emotions. And if President Putin is being manipulated, we want it to know by him.

Okay, so subject B seems to have a very stressed out mind and it seems to have like a huge number of these, like weird looking non physical beings or non physical subjects. I’ll say that are sort of like a business sort of hiving around subjects B’s mind, and they all have these like connectors that are connecting them to subject B. And they’re all doing sort of the same thing that we saw the other non physical subjects doing, he’s there. They’re like, yanking him in directions. They’re like manipulating his thoughts, and his mind just feels really stressful.

You see, if President Putin can be manipulated with respect to a major war, then it should be clear that any human leader can be manipulated. No leader is safe. It would be foolish to think that any national leadership is protected court could be protected. That is, unless conditions changed in some fundamental way that would allow for the necessary protection.

These other forces do not like me messing with their work. They are quite angry but trying to hold on to the subject they’re dealing with while dealing with me trying to keep me out of their mind and this during this deep mind probe. They don’t seem to like me here. They’re unhappy with me being here. It seems to be missing. With their work, they’re very focused on me, my existence inside the subjects mind could possibly counteract what they’re doing.

Well, President Putin obviously gets advice from his inner circle. major contributors in that inner circle include Sergei Shoigu, the Minister of Defense, Alexander Portner, cough, the Director of the Federal Security Service. Valerie Jarrett CMO, the Chief of General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Nicola, Patricia of the Secretary of the Security Council, and Sergey and nourish can the director of the Foreign Intelligence Service now that this is a bit too much for us to focus on and one far side project, but it would be good to know if there is some level of manipulation happening with respect to some of President Putin’s most important advisors? So we decided to include Sergey, shall we go? The Minister of Defense and Alexander bortner cough, the Director of the Federal Security Service, which is an agency that evolved out of the former KGB of the Soviet Union. If there is more widespread manipulation going on, then it would seem that those two advisors would be vulnerable and being a curious bunch. We wanted to take a look using our highly trained group of remote viewers to see what was happening.

the remote viewers are all trained to do deep mind probes when focusing on a target subject. Also when they detect that there is someone else in a subjects head who could be manipulating thoughts and emotions. The remote viewers are trained to describe that manipulative subject, using only a letter to identify the subject. Then the viewers are trained to follow that subject who is doing the manipulation back to whoever is giving that subject instructions regarding what to do. This way we can follow the trail up the chain of command so to speak. Finally, we wanted to know a bit more about President Putin himself. What kind of a person was he before he was Vladimir Putin? So one movement exercise in this project was to subject em, who is the subject that is currently known as President Vladimir Putin but in his life immediately prior to his first incarnation on earth, to become a president of a nation requires a significant skill set, and it is unlikely that someone learns all this and only one life on this planet. So it is interesting to see what kind of a person but I’m repeating was before he entered Earth, reincarnation will cycle and again the remote viewers know nothing of this. They were only told to move to subject M. And to describe that subject
