VANCOUVER, BC – In this interview, Native American John S. Captain cites forensic probable-cause evidence to prove that his former girlfriend Tiffany Jenks, who operated the 21 dams of the Bonneville Power Administration, was assassinated execution-style on October 8, 2013 by a coordinated conspiracy of the Monarch mind control apparatus in the Fairview-Portland Oregon area.
This probable-cause evidence includes an iPhone recording of Tiffany’s psychotherapist giving her possible Monarch programming cues just days before her assassination; plausible coordinated actions by squads of Monarch-compromised police, Monarch mind control cult members and facilitators, members of Tiffany’s family, designated shooters, a designated patsy, and a compromised prosecutor and judiciary to culminate in a falsified initial cover-up trial Court verdict.

As part of his GED equivalency education, John had extensive criminology training, which has proved an asset in his investigation. “I did finish high school at Clark College, Vancouver, WA and took 4 years of criminal justice.” says John.

Portland Oregon author Fritz Springmeier[2], world expert on Monarch mind control programming, was one of the first persons that John S. Captain consulted when he started his investigation of Tiffany’s death. Fritz Springmeier is author of Bloodlines of the Illuminati[3] and The Illuminati Formula to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Control Slave.[4]
Fritz Springmeier’s conclusion after reviewing John’s notes on Tiffany Jenks statements and memories to him was straightforward and direct.
“Tiffany Jenks is a Monarch mind control slave for the Illuminati,” John S. Captain says Fritz Springmeier told him. Tiffany Jenks does not appear to have recovered her memories of the high level officials she may have visited and other acts she may have been ordered to do at the Bonnevile Power Administratin and elsewhere as a Monarch mind control slave as fully as former Monarch mind control victim and whistleblower Cathy O’Brien before Tiffany was assassinated. John S. Captain has high regard for how both Cathy O’Brien and her partner Mark Phillips have sought to bring the evils of the Monarch mind control system to public light, and aims to do the same with his investigation of Tiffany’s death.
As set out in his interview, John S. Captain’s evidence shows that because Tiffany Jenks programming as a Monarch mind control slave was breaking down and no longer effective following the 2010 death of her father, her Monarch handlers felt Tiffany Jenks was threatening to make public damaging secrets that included:
(1) A possible future False Flag catastrophe involving the 21 major Bonneville Power Authority[5] dams that Tiffany Jenks operated as a Monarch mind control victim, and
(2) The identities of officials and others in a prominent position at the Bonneville Power Authority and in Portland Oregon area and elsewhere that Tiffany had visited in her identity as a Monarch mind control slave, and the actions undertaken with these individuals.
Bonneville Dams False Flag – As Tiffany Jenks Monarch programming broke, John Captain’s evidence shows she expressed fears that Monarch handlers had placed her in the position of operator of 21 major dams from Oregon to California [including the Hanford nuclear site dam] in order to be able to “kill millions of people,” presumably in an engineered false flag whereby a Tiffany Jenks Monarch “alter personality” would be remotely ordered to create a public catastrophe with the Bonneville dams, which her conscious could not remember.
Bonneville Power Authority Insider Trading – Tiffany Jenks was also required to provide written notes containing confidential water usage data from the 21 Bonneville dams she operated to day traders located outside her control booth. These day traders, to whom she could not speak, would in turn make commodities trades on the basis of this confidential information, an arrangement John S. Captain stated might amount to massive insider trading.
BPA Illuminati controller asset – Bonneville Power Authority appears to be a major Illuminati controller asset. In 1973, Bonneville hired Bill Gates and Paul Allen to program its giant computer, a contract that facilitated Gates and Allen’s founding of Microsoft.[6] Gates and Microsoft are major planetary AI Artificial Intelligence prophets, sponsors, and hosts.
At the initial trial of Tiffany Jenks alleged patsy shooter, although John S. Captain was one of 5 named witnesses to Tiffany Jenks assassination, the public prosecutor improperly excluded all evidence that contradicted a pre-fabricated police narrative of Tiffany’s death. Police investigators had taken a lengthy formulaic pre-fabricated report of Tiffany’s death that mainly discussed apparent irrelevancies about John S. Captain and his whereabouts during the day leading up to Tiffany’s assassination.
Police had hastily cut and pasted the names of the False Flag patsy and others at the end of the police report.
In this interview, it most plausibly emerges that the Monarch controllers had designed a False Flag in which both Tiffany Jenks and John S. Captain would be killed in a state False Flag assassination, possibly made to look like a murder-suicide.
Under this scenario, both Tiffany and John would be shot by assassins in a manner in which it appeared John shot Tiffany and then committed suicide. This scenario was consistent with the pre-fabricated official report the police and the prosecutor submitted to the Court.
To his good fortune, John, an entrepreneur with a 20-year history of successful retail ventures, chose to stay home for a quiet early night on the date of Tiffany’s assassination and did not accompany Tiffany to the nightclub where she was targeted for execution.
One other hypothetical scenario John Captain posits is that Tiffany Jenks death may have been somehow “faked” to remove her from the Fairview Oregon area, a scenario suggested by remarks by Tiffany’s relatives.
Why a new Trial is needed
The prosecutor improperly excluded witness John S. Captain and his evidence and the Court at the trial of Tiffany Jenks’ alleged assassin, although John Captain was one of 5 named witnesses to Tiffany’s death.
Among other written or recorded testimony John S. Captain would have demonstrated to the Court are the following:
(1) Messages from Tiffany just before her death that “they” [Monarch controllers] were about to kill her;
(2) Messages from Tiffany 4 days prior to her death that her Monarch controller planned to kill both Tiffany and John Captain;
(3) CCTV footage proving that possible Monarch shooters were stalking John S. Captain’s store and home just prior to Tiffany’s death;
(4) Secret iPhone recording[7] by Tiffany of her session with her psychotherapist several days before her death in which the psychotherapist is heard using functional Monarch programming and “tapping” as if to counsel her to continue as a Monarch slave or prepare her for her imminent death, then ordered by the Monarch mind control hierarchy on the grounds that “she had fallen in love with John and now must die”. Love and personal emotional relationships are not permitted under protocols of the Monarch slave mind control programming.
Although Tiffany’s entire iCloud digital phone memory was erased the day before her assassination, apparently by the Monarch hierarchy [presumably domestic CIA], the recording of her psychotherapist survived because Tiffany had taken John’s iPhone and secretly recorded the psychotherapist using John’s and not her phone. Portland radio host Clyde Lewis brought Tiffany Jenks recording to public light in a subsequent public broadcast.
In his interview, John S. Captain documents how he has been personally targeted by corrupt law enforcement, seeking to incarcerate him in a fraudulent mental health incarceration and thus derail his investigation into Tiffany’s assassination. John recounts how he was saved from such fraudulent incarceration by an unlawful strike team of police officers and mental health professionals who showed up at his home because Officer Robert Shire, a 10 year detective with the Portland police and 12 year policeman with LAPD was assisting John in his investigation and in his home at the time. Robert Shire was able to deter the fraudulent mental health incarceration by showing his police status.
Later, Robert Shire, whom John Captain considers a hero in this case, may have paid with his life for his act as a Good Samaritan. Robert Shire’s wife called John Captain to inform him that Robert Shire had died.
John Captain reports that specific police officers in the Portland Police, for example, have been ordered not to cooperate with John’s investigation of Tiffany’s death.
Justice for Tiffany Jenks & Monarch victims
John Captain states he is motivated in his investigation of her death by a deep desire for Justice for Tiffany Jenks and other Monarch mind control victims that may be similarly tortured, abused, and even assassinated, as was Tiffany Jenks.
John S. Captain has traveled widely and so far spent several hundred thousand dollars of his personal funds on an effort to get an official Oregon investigation in the assassination of Tiffany Jenks.
John is seeking a new investigation at the Federal [Congressional], State, or local level of Tiffany Jenks assassination, and a new trial of her alleged assassins, a result the available evidence strongly mandates.

There was no gag order. If you read the case you cited, you will find that it was a run-of-the-mill restraining order. Mr. Captain was blocked from talking to one person, not the entire world.

The fact that people still lie about me or this Case seems nuts.
After all not one single time was the group successful in getting me to trust one word they tell. For example a “Gag” order as Rick calls it.
A Court ordered me sept 24th 2014 and ended sometime in 2016 when the State of Oregon court of appeals ruled How I was cheated.
First off the Judge, Rick and her mom lied. And when your willing to resort to cheating and lying in court your already an unfair person and all of them are..
The order said “John cannot go to the court house for Tiffany’s murder” then got changed after i said you cant do that … he agreed and said 30’
As Rick is fully aware the obligations upon me and my loss of freedoms. Depended on many things not just “gag” it said do not post about this case on any site seen by the family or owed by them or Tiffany. And do not go into my own icloud account since we shared it.. and do not keep posting online since she claimed just like you do that strangers threaten you for me telling. The truth. (Duh)

The fact my rights were stollen by your lies and her moms lies… plus thefts of my documents show what your group does to anyone who tells the truth.
My lawyer told me what i could and could not do.. so if you think i was not cheated or that your goals were to get me in jail for any possible reason then so be it.. but Rick.. your also more then likely the one who was setting me up in the first place.
